St. Joseph’s Hospital Chooses One Lexington for its Health & Wealth Raffle
Since 2003, the Health & Wealth Raffle has helped to raise much-needed funds for St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological Institute. Since it began seven years ago, the raffle has awarded nearly 115,000 prizes, including 26 homes, more than 350 trips, and an estimated 420 vehicles.
We’re extremely proud to announce that, this year, they’ve chosen a million-dollar penthouse suite at ONE Lexington for their Grand Prize!
The theme for this year’s raffle is “soaring to new heights,” and ONE Lexington’s 16th floor penthouse embodies this premise perfectly. The selected penthouse is a corner unit with sweeping views of Phoenix’s bustling city skyline. It also happens to overlooks the St. Joseph’s hospital campus – which is fitting, of course, for the cause.
“For the 15th Health & Wealth Raffle, we wanted a big prize. Something bigger than we’ve ever done before,” says Health & Wealth Raffle executive director Kathy Rice. “So when I came across ONE Lexington, I was immediately drawn to the possibility. There you have urban sophistication and a dynamic way of life – which speaks to a lot of new Raffle supporters. All it took was a tour, and I was sold.”
The biannual raffle has enabled the hospital to purchase new equipment, carry out new research and develop community outreach programs, amongst other improvements. We’re thrilled to be associated with this great cause.
