Dare to See One Lexington From an Entirely New Angle

November 10, 2010, is your chance to get up-close-and-personal with our collection of loft-style condos in the heart of Midtown Phoenix, and raise funds for Special Olympics Arizona.
Yes, we’re proud to announce that ONE Lexington is hosting Phoenix’s first-ever “Over the Edge” event.
Simply be one of the first 100 people to raise a minimum donation of $1,000 dollars, and you can put yourself over the edge – literally – of our concrete and steel constructed hi-rise tower, rappelling from our Penthouse suites on the seventeenth floor.

Through sports training and competitions, Special Olympics Arizona aims to empower Arizonans with intellectual disabilities to be healthy, productive and respected members of society. The money raised from Over the Edge will help fund year-round sports training, competitions and support programs for more than 10,600 Special Olympics athletes in Arizona.

Anyone who’s got the guts is encouraged to participate. You can even sign up to “Toss Your Boss.” Gather your co-workers and raise money to send your boss Over the Edge!

We’re very much looking forward to seeing participants showcase their inner Spider-Man, but to be perfectly honest, we’re even more excited to mingle with these brave individuals at the post-rappel celebration party. Starting at 6:30 p.m., participants can choose to tout their rappelling skills or simply snack on a few appetizers and mingle poolside with friends at ONE Lexington’s private Resort Pool. (Additional tickets for friends and family can be purchased at the door on the day of the event for a minimum of $10 as a donation to the Special Olympics, or for more information, please call 602-230-1200.)

So what are you waiting for? Rappelling slots begin at 9 a.m., and can be chosen as soon as your fundraising goals are met.

Uniquely perched over the Central Avenue corridor, ONE Lexington enjoys spectacular views in every direction. Just think what an experience it will be to descend this majestic landmark for new Midtown Phoenix.
